Sisters Taking Ambitious Roles · A women's multicultural leadership co-development workshop

S.T.A.R Program

The “Sisters Taking Ambitious Roles Program” was designed to support women leaders, overcome impostor syndrome, develop their employability and transform their leadership strategy while honouring their uniqueness and cultural singularity. This one-of-a-kind program rests on a standards-based, ethical coaching process that anchors a leadership respectful of the complexity of their journey. We put in place tailor-made strategies and tools to turn their identity into that of an essential, impactful leader.
