The "Sisters Taking Ambitious Roles Program" was designed to support women leaders, combat impostor syndrome, develop their employability, and transform their leadership strategy while respecting their cultural uniqueness and singularity. This unique training is based on a standardized and ethical coaching process that anchors Leadership respectful of the complexity of their journey. We implement tailored strategies and tools to transform their identity into an indispensable and impactful Leader.
